February 9, 2012 at 1:59 amI think I’m gonna do some simple pixel art for my next game. Maybe challenge myself NOT to go overboard with the graphics…lol.
I’ve been using GraphicsGale to fool around with some pixel animations, and it’s actually pretty fun! It has all the export tools I need to make sprite sheets, so I think I’ll use it. :3
This just might be the main character in my next game. We’ll see what happens. For some reason he looks like a Johnny to me, haha.

I’d probably do something kinda retro. :) I dunno if I’d do pure 8-bit, but mebby, lol. I really need to think of a good game idea first, and then everything will fall into place.
